You remember yesterday’s workout.
Deciding what to train
today is harder.
- Have I trained my chest enough?
- Have I done enough back training this week?
- After yesterday’s squats, is it okay to train legs again today?
- Including those push-ups at home, how much upper-body training have I done this week?

Not sure what to do?
Ask BodiBu Coach. It already knows your
recent workouts.
BodiBu Coach has access to the workouts you’ve logged over the
past 7 days and your muscles’ current estimated condition.
You
don’t have to explain your recent training all over again.
I think I’ve mostly trained my upper body lately. What should I focus on today to balance things out?
Based on your recent workouts, your chest and front delts have received plenty of stimulus, while your hamstrings and glutes have received relatively little. If you’d like to focus on those muscles, try starting with Romanian deadlifts.
A personal experience from building and using BodiBu
“The difference was that it already knew my workouts.”
One day, my left hip felt a little uncomfortable, so I mentioned it to BodiBu. What I appreciated was that it didn’t immediately give me a routine. Instead, it looked at my recent workouts and first pointed out that I’d done relatively less training for the back of my body than the front. I then asked which exercises could help balance that out, and it made suggestions based on my workout history and current condition. The most convenient part was not having to explain my recent training all over again. BodiBu already knew my workouts.
Don't leave an exercise out
just because you don't know its
name.
“I lay on my back and raised and lowered both legs, keeping them straight.
Three sets of 15.”
If the exercise you describe is in the exercise list, BodiBu
finds it.
If it isn’t listed, BodiBu Coach identifies the
exercise and adds it to your exercise list.

Frequently asked questions
Does BodiBu decide my workout for me?
No. BodiBu shows your recent workouts and your muscles’ current estimated condition. You decide what to do. If you’d like exercise suggestions, you can ask BodiBu for recommendations based on your workout history.
What kinds of exercise can I log?
You can log exercises using machines, cables, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and TRX, as well as bodyweight exercises and cardio equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes.
Can I log jogging?
Yes. BodiBu estimates which muscles your jog worked and reflects that on your body map. It does not estimate cardiorespiratory or aerobic fitness.
Can I log an exercise if I don’t know its name or it isn’t listed?
Yes. Describe the movement, and BodiBu suggests a matching
exercise.
If it’s a new exercise, you can review it and add
it to your exercise list.
BodiBu then uses its muscle
involvement data to include it in your body map calculations.
How is BodiBu Coach different from general AI fitness advice?
BodiBu Coach has access to the workouts you’ve logged over the past 7 days and your muscles’ current estimated condition. You can ask questions based on your workout history without having to explain your recent training every time.
What does “Recommended today” mean?
Each muscle is shown with a color and a score. Darker colors
indicate a higher training priority today. Muscles with less
recent stimulus and more recovery appear darker. The score
ranges from 0 to 100 and represents today’s training
priority.
You decide what to train; BodiBu gives you
information to help you choose.
What is “Recent stimulus”?
It represents the training stimulus estimated to remain in each
muscle. It rises when you train and falls as you rest.
BodiBu
accounts for both training and rest days, from your first logged
workout to today. If you trained your chest heavily yesterday,
for example, it will appear darker today and gradually fade over
the following rest days.
The body map displays your
selected goal: strength, muscle growth or muscular endurance.
Tap a muscle to see all three.
Are the values based on direct measurements?
No. They are estimates based on your workout logs and BodiBu’s model.
How accurate are the estimates?
Recovery rates and physical condition vary from person to
person, and BodiBu does not use body composition measurements
such as those from InBody. The values are therefore not direct
measurements of your body.
Instead, BodiBu combines your
actual workout logs with established exercise physiology
research. Our goal is to provide the most accurate estimates
possible from workout logs alone, without measuring equipment.
What does BodiBu calculate?
It estimates each muscle’s condition and training stimulus for strength, muscle growth and muscular endurance.
What can I use during the free trial?
You can use every feature without limits for 7 days.
Will I lose my workout history if I don’t subscribe?
No. Your account and logged data are retained.
You can
continue to view your body map and workout history anytime. A
subscription is required to log new workouts or chat with BodiBu
Coach.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime through Settings → Subscriptions on

You’ll retain access until the end of your paid subscription
period.
